Join an established and growing behavioral health agency in Lancaster and Dauphin Counties. TEAMCare is looking for a Family Based Mental Health Professional/Worker to join our team.

The Family Based Mental Health Professional/Worker will be part of the Family Based Mental Health Services Treatment Team comprised of a Master's level Mental Health Professional and a Bachelor's level Mental Health Worker. The Treatment Team Members will serve a maximum of eight (8) consumer families in Lancaster County and  will provide intensive therapeutic services to child and family in settings other than a provider agency or office.

Qualifications for The FBMHP:

Licensed mental health professional; or

  1. Graduate degree in psychology, counseling, family therapy, social work, nursing, or rehabilitation counseling, and at least two years experience in child and adolescent mental health services, and minimum of 12 graduate level credit hours in therapy and/or counseling; or
  2. Less than a graduate degree, or graduate degree in different field than noted above, but have achieved certification in the Departmentally-sponsored (i.e., Center for Family Based Therapy.) Family Based Mental Health Services training program, and have at least four years experience in Family Based Mental Health Services.
  3. Act 33 Clearance

  5. FBI Clearance

Qualifications for the FBMHW:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field; or
  2. Bachelor's Degree with at least 12 credit hours in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, nursing, education, rehabilitation counseling, or theology, and one year of experience in child and adolescent mental health services.
  3. Act 33 clearance

  5. FBI Clearance
